All our properties are in very close proximity to the University of Greenwich and University of Kent campuses. We are a family run business that has rented private properties since the early 90's and ventured into the student property market in 2007. With this experience we have built up a very good understanding of what the modern day student requires from their student accommodation and we cater to those vital needs.
